WHOLESALE ACCOUNT TERMS AND SERVICES

Qualification and Pricing

To qualify for a wholesale account, businesses must provide a valid business license and tax ID/resale certificate. We offer an attractive 40% discount off retail prices to our qualified wholesale partners. To maintain the quality of our business relationships, we require a minimum order of either 30 items or $2,000 per order, whichever better suits your business needs.

Ordering Process and Payment

Orders can be conveniently placed through our dedicated wholesale portal. All new wholesale partners are required to prepay for their first order. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. For your security and ours, all payments must be cleared before shipment. Each order should include your wholesale account number, complete shipping details, and specific product information including codes and quantities.

Shipping and Delivery
We process most orders within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and destination. We offer international shipping to select countries and can provide drop shipping services upon approval. Our team takes great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns and Quality Assurance

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you receive any defective merchandise, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be in original condition with tags attached and properly packaged to prevent damage. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we cannot accept returns on special orders or customized items.

Account Maintenance and Marketing

To maintain an active wholesale account status, partners must place at least one order every 6 months. We value our brand integrity and require approval for the use of our brand name and images in your marketing materials. We may implement MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies and online sales restrictions to maintain brand value across all channels.

Application Process

To apply for a wholesale account, please submit a completed wholesale application form along with copies of your business license and tax ID/resale certificate. If applicable, we also request photos of your retail location or website. These documents help us ensure that our partnership will be mutually beneficial and aligned with our brand values.

Confidentiality and Terms

Our wholesale pricing and terms are confidential and should not be shared with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to active account holders. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
